LRW Group Acquires Karma Agency
New York – October 2019 – LRW Group, an analytics-powered marketing services company and a portfolio company of Tailwind Capital, announced its acquisition of Karma Agency, a strategic communications firm that specializes in brand management, marketing and public relations. The transaction represents LRW Group’s eighth add-on acquisition since Tailwind acquired the company in June 2015.
Founded in 1999 with roots in public relations, Karma Agency is a full-service, category-diverse communications firm specializing in brand strategy and digital communications, as well as advertising, design, reputation management, issues and crisis communications, and earned and social media. Entrusted with building brands and managing reputations, Karma has partnered with marquee national clients such as FMC, New York Philharmonic, Longwood Gardens, Nike, Penn Medicine, PNC Bank, the Philadelphia Orchestra, Simon Property Group, Trex, and University of Virginia.
