Tailwind Ownership Program (TOP)
TOP is an all-employee equity program in which every company employee is granted meaningful common equity which is realized at exit. TOP is designed to align incentives, provide shared wealth creation, and enhance job commitment. We have thus far launched TOP at three portfolio companies – RANDYS, National Trench Safety and Axis Air.
