Tailwind Ownership Program (TOP)
TOP is an all-employee equity program in which every company employee is granted meaningful common equity which is realized at exit. TOP is designed to align incentives, provide shared wealth creation, and enhance job commitment. We have thus far launched TOP at three portfolio companies – National Trench Safety, Axis Air and Banner.

Our TEAM Program (Tailwind Emerging & Ascending Mangers) is a unique leadership and career training program to develop executives at Tailwind portfolio companies. We believe that developing leaders and talent within our portfolio is a key to creating long-term value.
