Tailwind Capital Invests in Ventiv Technology
New York – September 2019 – Tailwind Capital (“Tailwind”), a middle market private equity firm investing in targeted sectors within healthcare, business services, and industrial services, has acquired Ventiv Technology, Inc. (“Ventiv”), a leading global software provider of Integrated Risk Management (“IRM”) solutions for enterprises and government entities.
Ventiv’s software platform enables enterprises to manage incidents and claims, and evaluate, mitigate, and monitor risks with analytics, data-discovery, and reporting capabilities. Ventiv’s other products allow users to administer claims and insurance policies. Ventiv is headquartered in Atlanta and has offices in Europe and Asia.
Tailwind will support Ventiv in its ambition to become the global leader in IRM software, through acceleration of sales and marketing, development of new product capabilities, expansion into new geographies as well as M&A.
