Tailwind Capital Exits Apex Companies

New York – December 2018 – Tailwind Capital (“Tailwind”), a middle market private equity firm investing in targeted sectors within healthcare, business services and industrial services, has completed the sale of Apex Companies, LLC (“Apex”) to Sentinel Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Apex is an environmental services firm with expertise in specialty environmental services such as storm water, wastewater, air quality, industrial hygiene, remediation, and restoration. The company serves private and public sector clients in multiple end markets including industrial, retail, energy, and real estate.
