Tailwind Capital Announces Recent Promotions & New Hires
New York – August 2021 – Tailwind Capital (“Tailwind”), a growth-oriented private equity firm investing in targeted sectors within industrials, technology & business services and healthcare, today announced the promotion of Lindsay Helfman to Vice President and the addition of Sophie Critchfield-Jain as Vice President and Edwin Yun as Senior Associate.

- Lindsay Helfman focuses on industrial services and joined Tailwind in 2020 after prior experience at Barclays Capital, Nielsen and NM Incite. She is a graduate of Tufts University and Columbia Business School.
- Sophie Critchfield-Jain focuses on technology & business services and healthcare. She joins Tailwind after prior experience at Thompson Street Capital Partners. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the Harvard Business School.
- Edwin Yun focuses on technology & business services and healthcare. He joins Tailwind after prior experience at Providence Equity Partners and Barclays Capital. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
