Tailwind Capital Announces New Partner Promotions
New York – December 2024 – Tailwind Capital (“Tailwind”), a leading private equity firm focused on U.S. lower middle market companies within Industrials and IT Services, is pleased to announce the promotions of Juliana Anderson and Nick Cincotta to Partner.
- Juliana Anderson leads Tailwind’s debt capital markets function. She joined Tailwind in 2021 after prior experience at CoveView Advisors, CapitalSource Bank and Signal Hill Capital. Juliana has been in involved in all of Tailwind’s important financings, including supporting new platforms, dividend recapitalizations and new growth facilities. She also helps manage the various financing relationships across Tailwind.
- Nick Cincotta focuses on Industrials investments and joined Tailwind in 2015 after prior experience at Citigroup. He has been involved in many Tailwind investments, including most recently Fund III platforms Loenbro and RANDYS, which were both successfully exited.
