Diversified Acquires Sensory Technologies
New York – February 2020 – Diversified, a portfolio company of Tailwind Capital, announced its acquisition of Sensory Technologies, a leading audio visual integration firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. The acquisition expands the company’s footprint in the Midwest and Northeast regions. This transaction represents Diversified’s eleventh add-on acquisition since Tailwind acquired the company in December 2015.
