Diversified Acquires Rutledge AV
New York – May 2019 – Diversified, a portfolio company of Tailwind Capital, announces its acquisition of Rutledge AV. This transaction represents Diversified’s ninth add-on acquisition since Tailwind acquired the company in December 2015. As a top integrator in Australia, Rutledge AV’s robust client-base and track record of exemplary service enables Diversified to provide local support to clients and the confidence to deliver the standards they’re known for in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
