Tailwind Capital Announces Promotions & Team Additions

New York – March 2026 – Tailwind Capital (“Tailwind”), a growth-oriented private equity firm investing in Industrial Solutions and Technical Services, is pleased to announce several promotions and investment team additions.

Lindsay Helfman promoted to Managing Director – Lindsay joined Tailwind in 2020 after prior experience at Barclays Capital and Nielsen and is focused on Industrial Solutions investments.

Zain Arfi joined Tailwind as an Associate in March 2026 after prior experience at Equiteq.

Lulu Feldman joined Tailwind as an Associate in July 2025 after prior experience at Houlihan Lokey.

Asa Forman joined Tailwind as an Associate in September 2025 after prior experience at Guggenheim Partners.

Hunter Omli joined Tailwind as an Associate in September 2025 after prior experience at BlackArch Partners.
