Mr. Antebi assists Tailwind in sourcing, evaluating and performing due diligence on business services opportunities, with a focus on partnering with portfolio companies’ management teams to improve operations and execute add-on acquisitions.
Mr. Antebi has almost 30 years of experience driving strategic transformation and growth, often with founder-led companies. Most recently, Mr. Antebi served as EVP of Strategic and International Development for KIND Healthy Snacks, until its minority stake sale to Mars, Inc. in 2017. Prior to his time at KIND, Mr. Antebi headed the Private Equity Investments Division for the Inter-American Development Bank Group, led Business Development and Strategy for GE Capital (Consumer Finance) across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and directed the Financial Services Division of CEB, Inc, now a subsidiary of Gartner. Until 2002, Mr. Antebi was a partner with McKinsey & Company, working on projects ranging from turnarounds and operations to strategic partnerships and market entry.
Mr. Antebi serves on the advisory board of Stanford University’s Haas Center for Public Service.
Mr. Antebi began his career at Goldman Sachs, working in the Investment Banking Division. He received a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA with honors and distinction from Stanford University.
