Mike Elliott Joins Tailwind as an Operating Executive with a Focus on Portfolio Talent

New York – April 2022 – Tailwind Capital (“Tailwind”), a middle market private equity firm investing in business and industrial services companies, announced that Mike Elliott has joined the firm as an Operating Executive, focused on Talent development across the portfolio.

Mr. Elliott brings over 30 years of experience as a human resources executive. Most recently, Mike served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for JetBlue Airways (NSADAQ: JBLU), where his responsibilities included coaching and professional development, employee relations, diversity, compensation, benefits, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to JetBlue, Mike spent almost 20 years at Airborne Express/DHL in several leadership roles within operations, customer service, human resources, and labor relations.
