Banner Solutions Acquires Wholesale Division of Builders’ Hardware & Supply
New York – February 2021 – Banner Solutions, a portfolio company of Tailwind Capital, announced its acquisition of the wholesale division of Builders’ Hardware & Supply Company based in Seattle, Washington.
By acquiring the Pacific Northwest’s leader in locks and hardware, Banner Solutions strengthens its position as a leading wholesale distributor, while growing its residential product offering. Merging Builders’ Hardware’s wholesale customers and product offering into the Banner Solutions platform will enable a greater level of service in a growing market.
